Frequently Asked Questions

When is your next drop?

I try and do website restocks twice a month. I announce my next drop on Instagram first, and will have the date and time listed in my Instagram and TikTok bio, as well as at the top of my website.

How long does shipping take?

I aim to dispatch all ready-made orders within 1-3 working days. Made-to-order items have a lead time of 3-4 weeks to allow me time to create your piece. Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 2-3 days after dispatch. International order typically take 6-8 days after dispatch.

What countries do you ship to?

I am based in England and currently ship to:

UK (excluding Northern Ireland), USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Swizerland, Brazil, Mexico. If your country is not listed but you would like to place an order, please pop me a message and I will look into it for you, however I will not be able to ship to any EU countries.

Can you ship to the EU or Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately not. The EU has introduced GPSR regulations which require a representative located in the EU in order to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland. For a small business like mine, this is really not affordable and means I can no longer ship to these countries. â€‹

What happens with customs fees?

For all international countries excluding the USA, I am not responsible for any customs fees incurred. Fees are not definite, and will be based on your own countries customs regulations and is not something I have any control over. Typically, your courier will contact you to let you know there is a charge that needs to be paid. Once this has been paid, they will release your item(s) from customs and your piece will be on its way to you!

If you are located in the USA, a 10% charge will be added at checkout. This is because all shipments must arrive in the US with their customs duties already paid. When I send your parcel, I pre-pay your customs charge which should mean that you have no further charges incurred.

Are your pieces made with real silver?

Yes! All my items are made with genuine recycled 925 sterling silver and 999 fine silver. All chains are also 925 sterling silver.

What is sea glass?

Sea glass is man-0made glass that has entered the sea and over time, has been broken, frosted and smoothed from the waves and salty water. I like to think of it as a collaborations between man and nature, something that was carelessly discarded has been made by nature into beautiful treasures to collect on the shore.

Where do you get your sea glass from?

All the sea glass used in my jewellery has been collected by myself or a family member. I do not buy sea glass from anyone, that way I can be 100% confident that my sea glass is real and has not been altered in any way. All my sea glass is collected from UK beaches. If you ever need a recommendation- pop me a message!

Is your jewellery sustainable?

I try and be as earth-friendly as possible in my small business. You can read more about my sustainability practices here
